EVENT ON THE OPEN AIR MUSIC FESTIVAL BAŽANT POHODA
On the music festival Bažant Pohoda Irene Anton from Germany realized her art installation.
We joined participants of the festival Bažant Pohoda , in the author's textile event / 23 x 1.7 m / named: LEAVE YOUR MARK. Large fabric has become part of the exhibition on the Triennial of Textile 2012, art without borders in the Gallery of M.A. Bazovsky in Trenčín.
PARTNER OF THE TRIENNIAL OF TEXTILE IN THE GALLERY OF M. A. BAZOVSKY IN TRENČÍN IS ALSO MUSIC FESTIVAL POHODA
In the Gallery M. A. Bazovského in Trencin is since 29 of June the exhibition of Triennial of Textile - without borders, on which will present their art works 92 artists from 26 countries. Visitors of the festival Bažant Pohoda 2012 will have free enter on this exhibition and they can join a special textile-artistic installation, Leave your mark, right on the festival. 3rd triennial of textile without borders

The exhibition is held under the auspices of the Ministers of Culture of the Slovak, Czech and Poland republic

Organizators recieved 204 enter forms from 23 students and 181 professionals. From this huge amount of enter forms the artistic jury choosed for the exhibition Triennial of Textile 2012- 2013 Without borders, 78 professionals and 13 students, who will compete for the awards of this event.
Please, choosen professional artists for the enter fee 30 EURO. Students have reduced enter fee on 20 EURO. Due date for this payment is 30. 4. 2012.
Unfortunately, because of the space and installation option of the galleries, the amount of the choosen artists had to be very reduced. To all participating artists we would like to thank, that they participated on our event Triennial of Textile.
Authors, who are tagged as conditionally accepted, for them it means, that the organizators need to talk with everyone of them about option of transportation and the way of returning their art work. In some cases it is possible, that we would have to reduce this amount of exhibitating art works.

Exhibition of woven and nonwoven Arttex tapestries
Arts and Culture Club Breitenbrunn KUKUWENA and textile studio Arttex organized an exhibition of woven and nonwoven Arttex tapestries, textile structures and textile miniatures. This event took place on the premises in Pannoniahaus Breitenbrunne in Austria. Exhibition and workshop were part of the third year Textile Triennial 2012 - 2013 - without borders. The exhibition opening was on 26th of August 2011. Club of textile artists was represented by Katarína Kvietiková, Ida Vychodilová and Andrej Augustín. The exhibition presented the work of artists from 13 countries. Subsequently the textile workshop was initiated to present a non-woven textile tapestries Arttex involving authors from Austria, Slovakia, the Czech Republic and Belgium. Workshop took place from 28th of August to 31st of the same month. The trainer of non-woven tapestries techniques Arttex was Mr. Zdeňek Šánský / member ofClub of textile artists Arttex /.
The aim of this project was to acquaint the profesionals and general public to these:
- Current trends in textile techniques
- Non-woven tapestries Arttex technique
- The possibility of establishing cross-border cooperation of textile artists
- Presentation of the next Triennial Textile 2012 - 2013, Art without borders.
This action was presented by Austrian media: television ORF, Austrian Radio, press, and prints.
